This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Explore Your Neighborhood, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“EYN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our websites, mobile experiences, messaging programs (email, SMS/MMS), and related services and platforms (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. SCOPE
This Policy applies to personal information we collect about individuals who use the Services. It does not cover information processed by third parties we do not control, including businesses, organizations, and providers linked from the Services.
3. WHAT WE COLLECT
We collect information in three ways: (a) directly from you; (b) automatically (e.g., via cookies and similar technologies); and (c) from third parties.
Examples of data we may collect include:
• Identifiers: name, username, email address, postal address, phone number.
• Commercial and transaction data: subscription details, purchases, participation in offers or events.
• Internet/technical data: device and browser information, IP address, cookies, analytics and referral data, interaction logs.
• Geolocation data: approximate location derived from IP or with your device permissions.
• User content: reviews, photos, videos, messages, preferences.
• Inferences: interests, audience segments, and preferences derived from other data.
• Communications data: your marketing preferences and records of your consents.
• Sensitive personal information: generally, we do not seek to collect SPI. If we do (e.g., precise location, government ID for fraud prevention), we will do so with notice and, where required, consent.
You may decline to provide certain information, but some features may not work.

• You: when you create an account, submit forms, post content, participate in offers or events, or communicate with us.
• Automated means: cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies.
• Third parties: payment processors, analytics providers, advertising networks, partners (e.g., organizations featured in the Services), social media platforms (when you connect or share).
5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use personal information to:
• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
• Personalize content and recommendations (e.g., neighborhood events, offers).

6. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and device identifiers to remember settings, maintain sessions, analyze usage, and tailor content/ads. You can control cookies via your browser. If you block cookies, some features may not work.
7. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share personal information with:
• Service Providers/Processors who perform services for us (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications, payments, security).
• Affiliates and joint marketing partners to operate co-branded pages, events, and programs.
• Business partners, merchants, and organizations when you choose to interact with their listings, offers, events, or forms.
• Advertising/analytics partners to measure campaigns and deliver relevant content (per applicable law and your choices).
• Authorities, regulators, and others when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the Services.
• Successors in interest in connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger, financing, acquisition).
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may “share” (as that term is defined under some state laws) data for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out (see “Your Privacy Rights” below).
8. RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce our agreements. We use criteria such as account status, contract terms, statutory limitation periods, and operational needs to determine retention.
9. SECURITY
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us to request deletion.
11. COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING
Email. You can unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails. We may still send non-marketing messages (e.g., account, security, legal notices).
SMS/MMS. When you provide a mobile number and opt in, you consent to receive automated texts, including marketing. Message frequency varies; message/data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
12. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS (U.S. State Disclosures)
Depending on where you live (e.g., California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia), you may have rights to:
• Know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Correct inaccuracies.
• Delete personal information.
• Opt out of “sales,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (if applicable).
• Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
To exercise rights: email privacy@exploreyourneighborhood.com with your name, account email/phone, the right you wish to exercise, and your state of residence. We will verify your request (e.g., by email or SMS confirmation). Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and writing “Privacy Appeal” in the subject.
California Notice of Collection (CPRA). We collect the categories listed in Section 3 for the purposes in Section 5, share with the categories in Section 7, retain as described in Section 8, and source as described in Section 4. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by CPRA §1798.121. We may “share” identifiers, internet/technical data, and inferences with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (when available) or by emailing privacy@exploreyourneighborhood.com.
Shine the Light. California residents may request a list of categories of personal information disclosed for direct marketing and the names of third parties that received it during the preceding calendar year. Submit requests to privacy@exploreyourneighborhood.com with “Shine the Light” in the subject.
13. GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROLS & DO-NOT-TRACK
Where legally required, we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out preference. The Services do not respond to Do-Not-Track signals.
14. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data-protection laws.
15. THIRD-PARTY SITES AND SERVICES
Our Services may link to or integrate third-party sites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date and, where required by law, additional notice.
